Triad EDM, Inc. is family-owned and operated and has been in the machining business since 1983. We are located in the Industrial Park of the Marion County Airport Complex seven miles east of Dunnellon, Florida.
Markets served include military, aerospace, medical, pharmaceutical, commerical and recreational marine, commercial food service and tooling for steel forming.
Our capabilities include CNC milling and turning, wire EDM, conventional EDM and Tool and Die making. We can do small and large batch production runs from 1 to 1,000,000.
Our CNC turning centers are equipped with live tooling and bar feeders that allow for the manufacturing of complex parts, and shorter lead time in both production and prototype size lots. Our CNC milling centers are equipped with 4-axis rotary tables and 4-axis quad 5C rotary. These machines can manufacture machined parts and components in a variety of materials.
